The trial for Tom Robinson had a full white jury (biased). The case started off with the testimony of Heck Tate describing the injuries of Mayella Ewell then moved to a barrage of questions from Atticus directed towards Heck, which led to the fact that Tom Robinson couldn't of made all the injuries to Mayella because of his broken arm and his left handedness.  and the case continued with the questioning of people and ended up with Tom Robinson going to jail  even though the evidence in current times would've got him off free, but this is not current times so he is unfairly convicted. One good thing did come from the case though, which was that Bob Ewell was discredited for abusing his children and in his frustration he died. Yay! no more Bob Ewell!

This Trial reminds me of the Emitt Till case and how the murders got away because the court ignored the evidence and went with their personal feelings to decide.
